LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

BHK OF AMERICA offers a lifetime limited warranty on its MODERNA LOGO™ Laminate Ceiling Planks for residential use, to the original purchaser only, for as long as you own your home. BHK warrants its products in their original manufactured state to be defect free with regard to materials and factory workmanship. BHK MODERNA LOGO™ Laminate Ceiling Plank materials are designed for use in interior areas that are not exposed to direct sunlight. This warranty covers only the approved product applications as recommended by BHK for its MODERNA LOGO™ Laminate Ceiling Planks.

• BHK MODERNA LOGO™ Laminate Ceiling Planks must be installed in accordance with BHK recommended installation instructions as found in every package, using BHK accessories. This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation methods or by ceiling planks that are not checked prior to installation.
• Ceiling planks are for indoor applications only.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to excessive temperature conditions described above and in the installation instructions found in every package.
• This warranty does not cover labor costs to replace obvious visual defects in the material at the time of installation, or in such cases where no installation payment was made to install the ceiling planks.
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the ceiling material purchased by you in unopened packages for your own use and not for resale. It does not apply to materials that are graded as "seconds" or odd lots.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the ceiling and is not transferable.
• There are no implied warranties, representations or conditions, except those required by statute, which extend beyond the term of the warranty applicable to your purchase.
• By way of this warranty, we exclude and will not pay any consequential or incidental damage, loss or expense other than to BHK MODERNA LOGO™ Laminate Ceiling Planks themselves.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, under state law. Your rights and the limitations described above may vary from state to state. It is important that you retain this warranty information In the event of a claim meeting the conditions of the BHK Ceiling warranty, BHK will, upon confirmation of information, supply you with the qualifying ceiling material to replace the defective planks. Replacement materials will be of the same or similar design (as available) and quality.

Any claim made pursuant to this warranty for any defect in your ceiling material must first be made in writing to the retailer who sold you the material and forwarded within thirty (30) days following the date of discovery or detection of defect .
